Pushing it

So towards the end of today I could feel the burn in my butt. Definite soreness there. A very good sign. Soreness means I worked the muscles to a building point. I just did the 20 min Ab jam today, but I wore the sculpting gloves and I pushed myself. I could feel the burn while I did it.

I was able to tighten my belt by one notch today and the new pants I just got already feel loose. now whether that's because I'm stretching them out or I'm losing fat I don't know, but tomorrow is measuring day so I'll work extra hard with a good cardio session and we'll measure before and after. See what kinda progress we've made in just one week!
