Now that I've seen that one I know what to expect and work towards. I'll have to do it next time without any weights or just the turbo gloves. That way I can get through the entire work out.
So right now I'm getting all my measurements...
At the middle of my belly bulg I'm 37 1/2 inches. My thighs are both at 22 1/2 inches. Calves are both 13 1/3 inches. My right bicep is 11 1/2 inches but my left is just under 11. So I definately need to wor on that one. Just under my ribs we've got 33 inches.So my main goal is going to be to get rid of the bulge and get my arms bigger. I've yet to weigh myself. Mostly because I'm not that worried about how much I weight. Its more about how I look and how I feel. So I'll do a weekly measuring.
So not bad for a first day. Got a new goal to work towards.
